1. Academic Fee Policy
Course fees and registration charges paid to Vrindavan Sangeet Samiti are utilized for faculty scheduling, classroom facilities, and instrument preservation. Once a student has commenced regular classes or enrolled in a specific batch, term tuition fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
If an unintentional duplicate payment or technical banking error occurs during an online payment:
- The student or parent must notify the accounts desk within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
- Please send an email to info@vrindavansangeetsamiti.org with the transaction reference ID, date, student name, and proof of banking debit.
- Upon verification, eligible excess debits will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.
3. Workshop & Intensive Retreat Cancellations
For special masterclasses, summer intensives, or weekend residential retreats:
- Cancellations made 7+ days prior to start date: Full refund minus nominal processing/administrative charges (or 100% credit toward a future workshop).
- Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to start date: 50% refund or transfer to another eligible candidate.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable due to limited seating and faculty arrangement commitments.
