1. Purpose & Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all academic courses, special masterclass registrations, student admissions, and classical concert bookings coordinated by Vrindavan Sangeet Samiti.
2. Admission Application Cancellations
Candidates who have submitted an admission application and wish to withdraw before the batch commencement date:
- Prior to Batch Start: You may request postponement of your admission to the subsequent batch without additional fee penalty.
- After Batch Commencement: Mid-term withdrawals are not eligible for tuition fee refunds once class seats have been allocated.
3. Masterclass & Workshop Registrations
Because guest artists reserve limited seats for intensive instruction:
- 7+ Days Notice: 100% credit transfer to future workshops or full refund minus administrative fees.
- 3 to 7 Days Notice: 50% refund or seat transfer to another eligible candidate.
- Less than 48 Hours: Registrations are non-refundable.
4. Concert & Recital Programme Bookings
When reserving Samiti artists or ensembles for external classical music festivals and recitals:
- 15+ Days Notice: Dates may be rescheduled within 12 months subject to artist availability.
- Less than 7 Days: Committed travel reservations and artist retention charges will apply.
5. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel or modify any confirmed registration, please contact our academic desk promptly:
